FAQs

Before you board.

No. Windowseat is self-guided in your phone’s browser — open it from the hotel card link or a QR at the stop. No App Store, no account, no guide on the bus.

You’ll get full boarding instructions after purchase — bus number, the stop near your hotel, and every stop along the route.

Singapore buses use contactless payment — tap your credit or debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay at the reader when you board. No cash needed. EZ-Link stored-value cards are also accepted and available at 7-Eleven stores, MRT station machines, and the airport. The route covers three legs (Orchard → Marina Bay → Sentosa); each hop costs roughly SGD 1.00–1.50, so budget about SGD 3–5 in bus fares for the full journey.

Purchase once through the booking link — the audio tour works on every phone in your group for the same ride.

Yes — a normal data connection (or hotel wifi near the start) keeps GPS and stories in sync as you ride. You don’t need to download an app.

Your stories stay available for the access window after purchase, so you can catch a chapter again or ride the route once more.

About 75 minutes on the bus for the full route. Plan extra time to explore three areas — Orchard, Marina Bay, and Sentosa — so it’s a comfortable full day, or easy to spread across two.
